Nearly Two Decades in Healthcare
Experience spanning direct patient care, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, and enterprise implementation.
About Fox Clinical Advisory
Fox Clinical Advisory is a clinical and healthcare technology advisory firm helping healthcare organizations, technology companies, and implementation partners navigate the intersection of clinical practice, technology, and implementation.
The firm was founded on a simple premise: healthcare technology decisions are stronger when clinical needs, technical capabilities, operational realities, and implementation considerations are understood together.
Fox Clinical Advisory helps bridge the space between those perspectives, translating clinical needs into practical technology solutions while helping clinical, technical, operational, and leadership teams develop a shared understanding of what is needed, what is possible, and what it will take to implement successfully.
Our perspective
Clinical stakeholders know the problems they are trying to solve, but they may not always know what technology can support, where limitations exist, or how a clinical need should translate into a technical solution. At the same time, technology teams may understand the system but not fully appreciate the clinical workflow, context, or consequences behind a request.
That gap can lead to solutions that technically work but do not fully solve the clinical problem, requirements that are difficult to translate into system design, and missed opportunities to approach a problem differently.
Fox Clinical Advisory works in that space.
We bring clinical, informatics, technology, and implementation perspectives together to translate needs across teams, explore what is possible, identify constraints and risks, and help shape solutions that make sense both technically and clinically.
The goal is not simply to connect clinical and technical teams. It is to help them understand one another well enough to build better solutions.
Meet the founder
I began my healthcare career as a registered nurse in 2008, spending seven years in direct patient care before transitioning into clinical informatics in 2015. Since then, my career has increasingly focused on the intersection of clinical practice and healthcare technology.
Over the years, I've worked alongside clinicians, informaticists, technical teams, operational leaders, and executives on complex healthcare technology initiatives. My experience spans enterprise EHR implementation and optimization, clinical workflow design, clinical informatics, healthcare technology strategy, and emerging technologies, including clinical AI.
Working across both clinical and technical environments has taught me how differently the same problem can look depending on where you sit. A clinician may know exactly what needs to change in practice but not how that need translates into technology. A technical team may understand what a system can do but not fully see the clinical context behind the request.
My role has often been to bridge that gap.
I understand clinical problems in the context of care delivery, but I can also translate those needs into technology requirements, understand technical and operational constraints, and help teams identify a practical path forward.
I founded Fox Clinical Advisory to bring that perspective to organizations navigating increasingly complex healthcare technology decisions.
